Description: The third edition of BeHEALTH reunited companies, organizations, universities, and public bodies, under the framework of partnerships related to increasing the economic competitiveness. BeHEALTH covered topics such as E-Health and Education, Medical Equipment and Instruments, Translational Medicine, Materials for Health, Health Research Infrastructures, as well as Bioeconomy for Health. The participants synthesised that it is the public-private partnership as the most edible solutions for a large-scale insertion of bioeconomy in the quotidian life, counteracting at the same time the incoming fossil resources shortage and stringent pollution. The pool of attendees covered BBPs such as cleaning and hygiene, personal care and cosmetics, health and biomedical, food packaging, disposable products for catering and events, building, as well as nutraceuticals, environmental bioregulation, and biological sensors.
