Description: Spain has 26% of the world surface of olive tree and generates 38% of the volume of oil, reason why it is the country with greater extension and production. The olive tree is a crop deeply rooted in Spain as part of its historical and cultural tradition, but it is also a great economic booster, generating between 25 and 48 million (according to different consulted sources) of annual wages. Not only is it an essential part of the landscape, it is also a key environmental element since it contributes to the maintenance of Mediterranean ecosystems and, therefore, of large areas in our country. For this reason, ASEBIO with the collaboration of BLOOM project, has prepared a workshop where we can join the principal stakeholders (industry, researchers, administration and consumers) interested in collaborate to innovate, promote and sell different products coming from the olive tree. ______________________________________________________________________________ ASEBIO y ceiA3 organizarán dentro de la Feria Expoliva 2019 un taller MML (Movilización y Aprendizaje Mutuo).
